Job summary

Broadspire Services, Inc. is seeking a Team Manager – Workers’ Compensation (CA) Seasonal to lead and supervise California WC claims from investigation through disposition. This remote, seasonal role emphasizes strong leadership and claims expertise within the claims management framework.

You will coordinate with senior leadership to ensure service center performance and timely processing of claims across accounts and carriers, while maintaining compliance with California WC requirements.

Qualifications

• SIP certification required.
• Proven leadership and experience in managing California WC claims.
