Job summary

Broadspire Services, Inc. in California is seeking a Team Manager – WC to supervise the investigation, management, and disposition of Workers’ Compensation claims, ensuring timely resolutions in line with account, carrier, and company guidelines.

You will support the VP/Assistant VP of Claims in managing the Service Center and leading a dedicated claims team to deliver high-quality results and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and experience in managing California WC claims.
• SIP certification required.
• Strong supervisory skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise investigation, management, and disposition of Workers’ Compensation claims within account, carrier, and company guidelines.
• Assist the VP and/or Assistant VP of Claims in managing the Service Center.
