Flynn Panera seeks a Team Manager for our Panera Bread cafes. You will lead up to 75 staff, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold cleanliness, safety, and product quality in a grease-free environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years Hospitality experience.
• Food Management Certifications also a plus
• Must have the “Run it Like you Own It Mentality”
• Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills
• Proven track record for leadership.
• Passion, energy and a positive attitude
• Work well under pressure and be able to work with a diverse group of people
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
