Flynn Panera is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Panera Bread cafes in California. You will lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food quality and guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hospitality management experience
• A degree or equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred
• Food management certifications a plus
• Run it Like you Own It mentality

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for overall restaurant performance including ordering, scheduling, labor management, marketing, facilities management, bakery operations, and catering
• Analyze and plan sales levels and profitability
• Create and execute plans for sustained profitability
• Serve as the primary information conduit between associates and management
• Retain and develop team members and managers
• Manage budget and control costs
• Coordinate restaurant operations during shifts
• Greet customers and ensure satisfaction
• Inspire associates to be productive and authentic
• Coach and mentor through reviews and documentation
• Resolve issues proactively
• Ensure training across bakery-cafe operations
