Flynn Panera is seeking a Team Manager for Panera Bread cafes in the United States. Our cafes are upscale, serving made-to-order soups, salads, sandwiches and fresh breads in a grease- and alcohol-free environment for associates.

You will lead a team, drive customer service, and manage daily restaurant operations to deliver a superior dining experience. We value a “Run it Like you Own It” mentality, strong leadership, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards

Qualificações

• At least 1-2 years Hospitality experience.
• Food Management Certifications also a plus.
• Must have the “Run it Like you Own It Mentality”.
• Excellent organization, customer service and time management skills.
• Proven track record for leadership.
• Passion, energy and a positive attitude.
• Work well under pressure and be able to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a role-model and lead the team.
• Ensure that team members are providing great customer service.
• Taking ownership for the business performance of the restaurant.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Run quality opening, mid and closing shifts ensuring a consistent positive customer experience.
• Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
• Assist the specialist within the bakery‐cafe, ensuring team members are properly trained and fully competent in all aspects of food service and customer support.
• Ensures objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines, cultural values and following ethical business practices.
• Exhibits a professional image. Promotes and embodies our Values and Beliefs.
