Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead the creation of scalable learning programs that close workforce capability gaps in AI, leadership, and professional skills. You will translate customer priorities into structured content roadmaps and commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading portfolio strategy, content development, or learning programs.
• Proven ability to translate market signals and customer needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in high-growth B2B enterprise learning environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy and workforce transformation.
• Translate customer challenges into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs combining digital, live training, credentials.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery meeting quality and portfolio performance goals.
• Coach and develop team of portfolio and content professionals; set priorities and OKRs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery and external partners.
• Lead research on workforce and AI adoption trends to identify new opportunities.
