Pearson seeks a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead the development of scalable enterprise learning solutions that help organizations build critical workforce capabilities in AI, leadership, professional skills, and business transformation.

The role owns the portfolio strategy and leads a team responsible for translating customer business priorities and workforce capability gaps into structured learning programs, content roadmaps, and commercially

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, or related fields.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable learning solutions and content strategies.
• 5+ years of people management, cross-functional execution across content, product, sales, marketing, technology, and delivery.
• Strong ability to translate market signals and investment priorities into portfolio roadmaps and content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, creative skills, professional skills, and workforce transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer business challenges, workforce capability needs, market research, competitive insights, and revenue priorities into portfolio strategy, learning-program investments, and content roadmaps.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs and learning journeys that combine digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other learning experiences to achieve customer outcomes.
• Ensure the team delivers products and learning solutions to market on schedule while meeting quality standards and portfolio performance goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals, establishing priorities, operating rhythms, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners to shape customer solutions, accelerate execution, and support revenue growth.
• Lead research and analysis on emerging workforce, leadership, professional-skills, and AI adoption trends, translating insights into new portfolio opportunities and market-focused solutions.
