Responsibilities

• Ensure extraordinary guest experiences and high service standards.
• Coach, motivate, and develop associates; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Hire, onboard, and provide ongoing training to new associates.
• Maintain engagement, recognize achievements, and keep the team energized.
• Monitor and manage food safety standards.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the bakery‑cafe, including food cost, drive‑thru, delivery, and catering operations.
• Meet sales, speed of service, order accuracy, and café health objectives.
