Panera LLC seeks a Team Manager in Amarillo to help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold high guest service standards. You will lead a dining room and kitchen team, coach staff, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• 1+ year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
