Dunham’s Sports is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee daily operations, merchandising, and administrative tasks across the store. You will lead and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through effective service and reporting.

The role requires 2 years of retail management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work all store hours. Merchandise knowledge is a plus for this fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work any hours the store is open. Merchandise knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Requirements Include:

Ability to provide our customers with a high level of service, as well as train and motivate the staff to do the same. Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.

Merchandise knowledge preferred, such as apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics. Availability to work any hours the store is open.
