Panera LLC in Grantwood Village, MO invites a Team Manager Lead to join our bakery-café leadership team. You will run shifts, coach and develop team members, ensure service quality, and uphold our guest experience standards with warmth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends with shifting priorities.
• Background check required.

Physical Demands
