Job summary

Collaborative Support Programs of NJ is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations across regional programs in New Jersey. You will lead a team, train staff, manage performance, and help drive recovery-oriented, trauma-informed services aligned with goals and outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field and at least two years in a supervisory capacity, with strong documentation and collaboration skills for IRP development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise billable progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned regional programs.
• Lead staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and monitor IRPs with internal and external teams.
• Ensure documentation meets DMHAS/Medicaid standards and billing is accurate.
