NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION FOR INTER CULTURAL AFFAIRS INC in New York City is seeking a Team Leader (LMSW) to provide administrative leadership and program oversight within the Transitional Housing Program. You will guide social workers, coordinate services across housing, medical, behavioral health, and community providers, and ensure clients receive comprehensive, recovery-oriented support.

Qualifications

MSW from accredited program and NYS LMSW license.
LCSW preferred; license must be maintained.
Two+ years post-graduate experience in transitional housing or related social services.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative guidance to social workers and staff.
Coordinate training and coaching on crisis de-escalation, risk screening, and client engagement.
Develop and monitor individualized housing and service plans to promote recovery and stability.
Maintain comprehensive client records in CARES and chart.
Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards and prepare reports.
