Greater New Jersey Behavioral Health LLC is actively seeking a Program Director to lead clinical programming at our Lawrence Township, NJ site. This on-site role oversees PHP, IOP, and outpatient services, guiding treatment quality in a trauma-informed setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, NJ-licensed (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), and 1–2 years of related experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with day hours on-site.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or related field.
Active NJ licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
1–2 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
Knowledge of evidence-based trauma-informed care.
Ability to coordinate clinical programming with interdisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; daytime on-site work in NJ.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of clinical programming.
Coordinate evidence-based treatment approaches across PHP, IOP, and outpatient services.
Promote trauma-informed treatment practices and relapse prevention.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment planning and outcomes.
Monitor operations to ensure standards and regulatory compliance.
Foster a collaborative, ethical, client-centered treatment environment.
Identify opportunities to strengthen workflows and program quality.
