Job Summary

Our Seafood Team Leader manages the entire Seafood team and ensures smooth operations. You will guide Team Members and guests on the freshest catch and the best preparation methods. Leaders are responsible for the department's performance, representing the organization professionally, promoting mutual respect, inclusion, diversity, and dignity. Regular coaching and feedback to Team Members are essential to foster development and success.

Job Description

  • Experience Required: Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation
  • Experience Desired: Retail leadership or supervisory experience; Performance as a Peer Trainer, in-store champion, or similar role; Relevant product knowledge; Good performance and discipline record
  • Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification or Licensing Required: Food Safety
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

  • Key duties include:
  • Interviewing, selecting, and training Team Members
  • Directing work and appraising productivity for promotions or changes
  • Handling issues and discipline among Team Members
  • Planning, assigning, and distributing work
  • Ensuring safety and security
  • Managing department or store budget and inventory
  • Monitoring compliance measures
