Position Overview

The Meat Team Leader is responsible for executing all aspects of day-to-day merchandising, stocking, product flow, planogram, and pricing within the Meat and Seafood departments. This role involves direct supervision of Meat team members.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members to promote a positive company image.
  • Achieve financial performance goals in the Meat and Seafood departments.
  • Conduct interviews to ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Train Meat team members to build and sustain a high-performance team while minimizing turnover.
  • Manage Meat schedules to ensure excellent service and control expenses.
  • Ensure Real Time Apply is completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain signing execution and pricing accuracy.
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Control inventory shrinkage through accurate BOH management, production planning, and proper rotation.
  • Complete MITS tasks promptly and react to business needs as required.
