Position Details: Full Time (40 Hours), Health Benefits start Day 1, Career Growth Opportunities, Past Experience a Plus

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
  • Achieve financial performance goals in Meat and Seafood departments.
  • Conduct interviews to ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Train Meat team members to build and sustain a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
  • Manage Meat schedules to provide first-class service and control expenses.
  • Ensure Real Time Apply is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain signing execution and pricing accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Control inventory shrinkage through BOH accuracy, production planners, and rotation guidelines.
  • Complete MITS tasks promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to meet business requirements.
