Job summary

NSCS in Boston is seeking a Team Leader for the Reentry/ReNew Him Program. The role manages the ReNew Him team within the Recovery Support Services Division, supporting the Director on training projects and coordinating services to assist entry into the recovery community.

This full-time position requires supervising staff, coordinating schedules, liaising with courts and community providers, and guiding participants through recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with substance use disorder and justice system.
• Must have two years acknowledged continuous sobriety.
• Flexibility in schedule; some weekend/evening shifts may be required.
• Experience with supervision and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of ReNew Him team members.
• Conduct regular supervision, evaluations, and mentoring.
• Manage schedules, site assignments, and caseload distribution.
• Liaison to courts, probation/parole, correctional facilities, and providers.
• Lead recovery groups and design wellness plans.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
