NORTH SUFFOLK COMMUNITY SERVICES INC in Boston seeks a Team Leader for the Reentry/ReNew Him Program. You will supervise the ReNew Him team, coordinate with the Recovery Support Services Division, and assist with training projects to strengthen recovery services and judicial system navigation agency-wide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years sobriety required.
• Experience with substance use disorder and justice system preferred.
• CARC and Recovery Coach Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of ReNew Him team members.
• Conduct regular individual and team supervision, annual evaluations, and ongoing mentoring to support staff growth and quality.
• Manage coverage schedules, site assignments, and caseload distribution to optimize service delivery.
• Liaison with courts, probation/parole, correctional facilities, community providers, and family networks.
• Facilitate recovery groups and design individual wellness plans; step in for high-acuity cases.
• Complete all weekly and monthly reports required by agency and funder.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $61,594.00 To $73,546.00 Annually

NSCS is looking for a Team Leader for our Reentry/ReNew Him Program in Boston! Responsibilities will include managing and supervising of the ReNew Him team assigned to the Recovery Support Services Division. This position will support the Director of Recovery Support Services on training projects to enhance the knowledge of Substance Use Disorder, and judicial system navigation agency wide. This position will provide services that support entry into the recovery community and provide recovery support services to strengthen and enhance any services a person has or is receiving.

This position is full-time 40 hours per week, some nights and weekends required.

What you'll do:

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of ReNew Him team members.
• Conduct regular individual and team supervision, annual evaluations, and ongoing mentoring to support staff professional growth and development, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to peer boundaries.
• Manage coverage schedules, site assignments, and caseload distribution across the team to optimize service delivery.
• Liaison to external partners, including courts, probation/parole, correctional facilities, community service providers, and family/support networks.
• Facilitate recovery groups, assist in designing individual recovery wellness plans, and step in to manage high-acuity participant cases when necessary.
• Completes all necessary weekly and monthly reports required by agency and funder
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

• Education:
  • High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience:
  • Will have personal and work experience with substance use disorder and justice system.
  • Must have two years acknowledged continuous sobriety.
• Skills:
  • CARC and Recovery Coach Supervisor preferred.
  • Flexibility in schedule is necessary; some weekend and evening shifts may be required.
