Job summary

NORTH SUFFOLK COMMUNITY SERVICES INC in Boston is seeking a Team Leader for the Reentry/ReNew Her Program. The role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of the ReNew Her team within the Recovery Support Services Division.

You will support the Director on training projects related to Substance Use Disorder and judicial system navigation, design recovery wellness plans, and coordinate with external partners to strengthen services and entry into the recovery community.

Qualifications

• Must have personal and work experience with substance use disorder and justice system.
• Must have two years acknowledged continuous sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of ReNew Her team members.
• Conduct regular individual and team supervision, annual evaluations, and ongoing mentoring to support staff professional growth and development, maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to peer boundaries.
• Manage coverage schedules, site assignments, and caseload distribution across the team to optimize service delivery.
• Liaison to external partners, including courts, probation/parole, correctional facilities, community service providers, and family/support networks.
• Facilitate recovery groups, assist in designing individual recovery wellness plans, and step in to manage high-acuity participant cases when necessary.
• Completes all necessary weekly and monthly reports required by agency and funder.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Team Leader - Reentry Program (Her)

Salary Range: $61,594.00 To $73,546.00 Annually

NSCS is looking for aTeam Leader for our Reentry/ReNew Her Program in Boston! Responsibilities will include managing and supervising of the ReNew Her team assigned to the Recovery Support Services Division. This position will support the Director of Recovery Support Services on training projects to enhance the knowledge of Substance Use Disorder, and judicial system navigation agency wide. This position will provide services that support entry into the recovery community and provide recovery support services to strengthen and enhance any services a person has or is receiving.

This position is full-time 40 hours per week, some nights and weekends required.

  • CARC and Recovery Coach Supervisor preferred.
  • Flexibility in schedule is necessary; some weekend and evening shifts may be required.
