Job summary

North Suffolk is seeking a Team Leader for the Reentry Program (Him) in Boston. The role will lead the ReNew Him team within the Recovery Support Services Division and support the Director on training projects to improve knowledge of Substance Use Disorder and justice system navigation.

This is a full-time position in Boston with some night and weekend work. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance evaluations, while coordinating coverage and caseloads across the

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with substance use disorder and the justice system.
Two years of acknowledged continuous sobriety required.
CARC and Recovery Coach Supervisor preferred.
Schedule flexibility; some weekends/evenings may be required.

Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of ReNew Him team members.
Conduct regular supervision, annual evaluations, and mentoring to support staff growth and quality.
Manage coverage schedules, site assignments, and caseload distribution.
Liaison to courts, probation/parole, facilities, service providers, and families.
