Job summary

Chelsea Chamber in Boston is seeking a Team Leader for the Reentry/ReNew Her Program. The role supervises the ReNew Her team within the Recovery Support Services Division, supporting training on Substance Use Disorder and justice-system navigation to aid entry into the recovery community.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with some nights and weekends required. Competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with substance use disorder and justice system.
• Must have two years acknowledged continuous sobriety.
• CARC and Recovery Coach Supervisor preferred.
• Flexibility in schedule; some weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of ReNew Her team members.
• Conduct regular individual and team supervision, annual evaluations, and ongoing mentoring to support staff growth and adherence to standards.
• Manage coverage schedules, site assignments, and caseload distribution to optimize service delivery.
• Liaison to external partners including courts, probation/parole, correctional facilities, and family networks.
• Facilitate recovery groups and design individual recovery wellness plans; manage high-acuity cases when needed.
• Complete all weekly and monthly reports required by agency and funder.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
