Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to assist Store Manager with executing store operations, sales and merchandising while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. The role includes training Team Members, promoting safety, and upholding policies.

The position requires retail experience, supervisory background, and flexibility to work varied shifts. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ with valid driver's license. Some lifting and equipment operation may be involved.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but reading/writing/counting ability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and enforce policies.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value and thank the customer.
• Execute merchandising activities and support opening/closing procedures.
