Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager in delivering a Legendary Customer Experience while driving operational, sales and merchandising goals. This role promotes a safe, productive environment for Team Members, customers, and vendors.

You will train Team Members on policies, supervise opening/closing procedures, cash handling, price changes, and freight processing. You’ll lead loss prevention efforts and ensure bird safety and overall store readiness daily.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy required.
• Able to read and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA.
• Execute merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Open/Close procedures and daily planning.
• Resolve customer issues and safeguard store assets.
• Operate cash register and supervise cash handling.
• Ensure birds' safety and proper poultry handling.
• Train Team Members on policies and procedures.
