Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Execute merchandising activities and perform Opening/Closing procedures.
• Transport and make deposits to bank and organize daily workflow.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
