Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in executing operational, sales, and merchandising objectives while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will promote a safe work environment, train Team Members, and ensure policies are followed in a fast-paced retail setting.

Candidates should have retail or related experience, supervisory background, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred; must be 18+ with valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately are essential.
• Basic computer skills required, with eagerness to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA (Greet, uncover needs, recommend, appreciate).
• Execute basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and bank deposits.
• Maintain a safe, productive store environment and enforce policies.
• Coordinate team duties and daily planning to ensure smooth operations.
