Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. The role focuses on Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong coaching and customer engagement skills. This position is in-store and requires flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to meet service standards.
• Develop Team Members using coaching routines to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery with standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking, staging, handoff, and follow-up.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with delegation and follow-up.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines.
