Job summary

The Escape Game in Houston is seeking a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality, anticipate guest needs, and ensure every guest leaves delighted. This role leads a team of 4–15, communicates across shifts, and helps maintain our high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will open/close the store, manage cash and inventory, and support game maintenance while ensuring a five-star guest experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1–2 years of guest-facing experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting 30–40 lbs).
• Ability to stand for about 75–80% of the shift.
• Align with uniform standards.

Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
