Responsibilities

Direct supervisory responsibilities for 30-70 hourly associates and 4-6 coordinators.
Develop and implement production/warehouse activities to meet goals.
Coach and train employees to improve performance and engagement.
Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives to reduce cost and improve flow.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure safety and efficiency.
Ensure ISO standards are implemented and maintained across functions.
Drive on-time shipments and optimize production flow.
Monitor capacity and bottlenecks to maximize output.
