Job summary

You will drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery while building high-performing teams across planning, engineering, and production. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing with proven leadership, Lean/Six Sigma credentials, and a track record of delivering manufacturing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong under pressure and results-driven.
• Direct people management experience.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
• DMAIC Green Belt and Lean capabilities.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with new product development and cross-functional teams.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations for the Winston-Salem cable facility, with full accountability for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team performance.
• Drive manufacturing performance and achieve production targets.
• Manage staffing, labor productivity, and departmental budget.
• Align plant capacity with customer demand and support SIOP.
• Partner with planning to meet on-time manufacturing and delivery goals.
• Lead changeovers, equipment upgrades, maintenance, and new product introductions.
• Drive continuous improvement and OEE gains through lean initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable for safety, quality, and results.
• Communicate operational priorities and long-term goals across the organization.
