Job summary

You will own day-to-day execution of production schedules, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and coach the team to higher performance. The role requires a BS/BA or equivalent supervisory experience, plus 2+ years in manufacturing, with a focus on data interpretation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or BA or relevant manufacturing supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret technical process data and translate findings into operational adjustments.
• Maintains accurate production records and communicates results clearly to management.
• Background in ceramic manufacturing or similar process-intensive production environments.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals; enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Execute and coordinate production schedules based on equipment efficiency, materials supply, and product requirements.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and hands-on training on safety and production procedures.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure manufactured products meet specifications and standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis; champion continuous improvement initiatives.
