Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Leader at our Dayton, OH location. You will support site facilities and operations while delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding strict quality standards.

As a Team Leader, you’ll greet customers, explain the Unlimited Wash Club, and engage with guests before and after their wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. You will also lead a motivated team, monitor quality checks, and manage daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support site facilities and operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
• Greet customers and explain the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash for satisfaction.
• Maintain quality through quality checks.
• Lead the team to exceed service standards.
• Address escalations calmly.
• Operate basic retail equipment and the wash process.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
