• Engage with customers pre/post wash for full satisfaction.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality service and handle escalations calmly.
• Operate basic retail equipment and oversee wash processes.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
