Job summary

Loop Neighborhood Market is seeking a Team Leader to drive store performance, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced West Coast environment.

As Team Leader, you will hire and develop staff, manage schedules, oversee cash handling, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering a consistent, high-quality shopping experience.

This role requires a high school diploma, 21+ age, and 9–12 months of retail leadership experience; strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail or similar fast-paced settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses and inventory.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Responsibilities
