Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–9 months in assistant/ store manager role or equivalent.
• Strong math ability for inventory and pricing.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to work and training.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff, manage performance, and staffing needs.
• Create schedules, track time, and reconcile store paperwork.
• Stock products, keep store clean, and manage merchandising.
• Forecast and control inventory; focus on shrinkage control.
• Track operating expenses to ensure profitability.
• Develop a sales-driven culture using data and goals.
• Ensure courteous customer service for customers, vendors, staff.
• Troubleshoot car wash and gas-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and budgets.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
