West Coast Convenience is seeking a Team Leader for Loop Neighborhood Market in Novato, CA. This hands-on role focuses on performance, operations, and delivering an exceptional store experience.

You will hire and develop the team, manage daily operations, drive sales, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold our core values across shifts. This position offers a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities to influence store performance and guest satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team.
• Set expectations, drive accountability, and build a positive team culture.
• Create schedules that support the business and control labor costs.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and store readiness.
