Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–9 months experience as an assistant manager or equivalent.
• Strong mathematics ability and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Training and coaching new store staff
• Assisting in creating schedules in a timekeeping system
• Stocking products and keeping the store clean and professional
• Forecasting, ordering, stocking, and merchandising
• Reconciling store paperwork promptly
• Providing prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff
• Maintaining a clean, customer-friendly store environment
• Assisting with management of store staff
• Troubleshooting car wash issues
• Fixing gas-related issues such as drive-offs and pumps down
• Additional duties as assigned
