Job summary

West Coast Convenience, parent company of Loop Neighborhood Market and Poppy Market, seeks an Assistant Team Leader in California. You will assist the Team Leader in all store operations, coach the team, and ensure daily execution meets company standards.

You will actively work with the team, lead in the Team Leader’s absence, and focus on coaching, problem-solving, scheduling, and maintaining customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and English communication skills.

Responsibilities
