Job summary

Thresholds is seeking a Team Leader in Illinois to supervise a small team of Community Support Specialists, share case management, and drive client care while maintaining direct service. You will mentor staff, coordinate care, and model best practices in harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

You will participate in regular supervision, training opportunities, and leadership development, while ensuring the team meets billing targets and collaborates effectively with clients and agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
• Licensed clinician (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LCP) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a dynamic team of 3-6 CSS, sharing case management duties.
• Provide direct service while guiding and mentoring the CSS team.
• Lead team meetings, give feedback, and coach for billing targets.
