Job summary

Thresholds is seeking a Team Leader in Chicago to supervise a dynamic team of 3–6 Community Support Specialists, sharing case management duties and guiding clinical skills within the team. You will work directly with clients, provide guidance, and grow the CSS team’s capabilities while maintaining program goals.

You will establish community relationships, remove barriers to care, and mentor staff to meet billing targets.

Qualifications

• Supervise a team of 3–6 CSS providing mental health services.
• Direct service while guiding program goals.
• Build and maintain community relationships.
• Coordinate case management and transportation for clients.
• Support billing targets and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–6 CSS and lead by example in direct client service.
• Promote harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices.
• Foster training, supervision, and leadership development.
• Engage in team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Drive collaboration on client care and remove barriers to care.
