Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Licensed clinician (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LCP) preferred for this supervisory role.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3-6 Community Support Specialists (CSS) providing mental health services.
• Lead case management within the team and support clients to access resources and navigate systems.
• Coach staff, attend regular team meetings, and participate in supervision to meet billing targets.
• Assist in transportation for clients and ensure continuity of care through on-call rotations.
