Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
• Licensed clinician (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a dynamic team of 3-6 Community Support Specialists.
• Provide direct service and guidance to clients.
• Lead by example and support CSS in developing clinical skills.
• Manage a rotating on-call schedule to respond to client needs.
• Coach staff to meet billing targets and collaborate on client care.
• Promote harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices.
