Thresholds is seeking a Team Leader in Illinois to supervise a 3-6 person Community Support Specialist team while delivering direct services. The role emphasizes case management, coaching, and building connections with community resources to support clients’ lives.

You will lead by example, guide staff through challenges, and contribute to program goals. A passion for mental health advocacy and strong teaching skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current car insurance, and a car for daily use.
• Willingness to transport clients in personal car.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3-6 Community Support Specialists (ACT).
• Provide direct service and lead by example.
• Develop and maintain community relationships to support program goals.
• Coordinate case management within the team and with clients.
• Coach staff to meet billing targets and deliver quality care.
