Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Clarksville, TN to support site operations and lead by example in a fast, team-oriented environment. You will help driveguest satisfaction and oversee daily activities at the car wash facility.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with weekly commissions. Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) and strong growth opportunities into management await the right candidate. Drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required by state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
