Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• At least 3 years of related production or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the production floor for daily output and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Monitor workflow and anticipate changes to maintain schedule and efficiency.
• Train team members on standard work and process improvements.
• Maintain production metrics and communicate team goals and results.
• Collaborate with supervisor to develop annual plans and cascade goals to the team.
• Motivate staff to balance quality with production requirements and safety.
