Job summary

Jack in the Box, Palm Springs, is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations, train team members, and ensure a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment. You will lead by example in a fast-paced setting while upholding food quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months in the restaurant industry, and strong English communication skills. This role offers advancement opportunities within the Jack in the Box family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong reading, speaking and writing skills in English.
• Ability to stand/walk most of shift; lift 10–50 lbs; work with diverse team.

TEAM LEADER

Supervise and:

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs. Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
