Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support crew in a fast-paced California location. You will lead by example, train teammates, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months in restaurant work, strong English communication, and the ability to adapt to busy shifts. Growth opportunities and a supportive Jack family culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk 85–95% of shift; lift and carry 10–50 lbs; work with a diverse group.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.
