Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to motivate and coach team members while maintaining a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment. The role emphasizes leading by example, delivering exceptional service, and upholding food quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift; lift 10-50 lbs.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.

TEAM LEADER
