Job summary

Jack in the Box Franchisee in Cathedral City, California, invites a motivated Team Leader to join our busy operation. You will model positive behavior, train team members, and help deliver a friendly guest experience in a fast-paced store.

You will supervise daily activities, maintain clean and safe environments, and show strong commitment to food quality. English communication required; previous restaurant experience preferred; opportunities for advancement available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalence preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.

TEAM LEADER

Team Leaders

serve as role models who motivate and inspire others while maintaining a friendly, clean, and safe environment. They consistently deliver exceptional guest experience, train team members, and provide ongoing support and coaching. Supervise and:

• Assist in managing the daily activities to achieve excellent performance.

• Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety.
• Work in a fast-paced and high energy environment that requires you to shift priorities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
