Job summary

Moe's Franchise is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations and supervise shifts in the absence of management. You will help maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation while addressing team member and guest issues.

The role emphasizes supervision of FOH and BOH, guest experience, and proper cash handling. This is an hourly position requiring excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.

# Team Leader* English## Job Description**Position Overview:** The Team Leader contributes to the success of the company through assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant. The Team Leader's responsibility is to assist in directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
